FGCU Video Game Club

Hello Everyone,

last week we did Constitutional Amendments at VGC. Constitution is slightly to large for the website sidebar so the page has been labeled “Club Laws.” The Constitution has been posted to the website because some of our rules have become a tad stricter. I Highly recommend all club members read through and become familiar with the Constitution because it does hold all members accountable for certain things.

Edit: You might notice another Section was added (Section A to Article Two) RSO requires that every club put this in their Club Constitution when they update. Because of this no vote is required for the Amendment since its basic University Policy.

VGC will be having either a Soul Calibur 2 or Street Fighter 4 Mini Tournament on April 2nd in Academic Building 3.

VGC will be holding a F Zero GX Mini Tournament on March 5 in Academic Building 3.

VGC will be having a Tetris Mini Tournament on April 16th in Academic Building 3.

VGC and the Text Book Lizzy Store will be having a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Tournament on March 19 @ the Text Book Lizzy Book Store off US 41.There will be no regular meeting in AB3 on this Friday!

VGC will hod a Wii sports mini Tournament on Febuary 26th In academic building 3.

Retro Night/ Potluck will be held in the student Union ballroom on Sunday April 4th 2010 from 5 to 10 pm.

Retro consoles will be the main attraction… All PS2’s, Xbox’s, Gamecube’s, Wii’s, Xbox 360’s, and PS3’s are BANNED! Although we will make an exception for old skool completion disks, and virtual console titles.

If you can, please bring a dish for this old skool celebration.
